CHOCOLATE PUDDING RECIPE
 
 
INGREDIENTS
 
                                                       
 
*1 tbsp Gelatine
 
1 tbsp Water
 
*1 tsp Vanilla
 
*1/4 cup coconut
 
*3/4 cup Chocolate {melted}
[milk, dark]
 
*1 cup Milk (to whip the dream whip if using real cream don't use the milk)
 
*2 sachets Dream whip powder or
{heavy cream, whipping cream, thickened cream} 1 cup
 
*1/2 tin of Condensed milk
 
*1 tin of nestle cream (optional)
{unsweetened thick cream} 1/3 cup
 
1 full pack of Digestive biscuits
 
1/2 cup milk mixed with 2 tbsp condensed milk
 
METHOD
 
1.whip cream until stiff peaks form. Add the nestle cream (you can skip this one) and beat really well
 
2. add the condensed milk & the coconut and beat really well to combine. Melt the chocolate in microwave and add to the mixture and blend well keeping aside 1/3 of the melted chocolate
 
3. Melt the gelatin with water until completely dissolved in a microwave and add that to the mixture. You'r mixture is now ready.
 
4. In a serving dish add 2 tbsp of the of the cream mixture and spread it evenly in a thin layer
 
5.dip the digestive biscuits in the 1/2 cup of milk one at a time and layer that onto the cream mixture, top it with the 1/3 of the cream mixture and spread that evenly and spoonful's of the chocolate mixture and swirl that to make a marble affect
 
6. Add another layer of biscuits and repeat. once finished decorate however you like to.

MANGO CAKE RECIPE   

INGREDIENTS
 
*1 large Mango puree
*4 egg yolks
*4 egg whites
*1 cup flour
*1/2 tsp baking powder
 *3/4 cup sugar
*1 tbsp vanilla
*1/4 cup oil
 
METHOD
 
1.Beat egg whites until stiff peaks form.
 
2.puree mangoes until smooth, add egg yolks and sugar and beat well
next add oil and vanilla then beat until combined
 
3. Fold in the beaten egg whites alternating with the flour and baking powder
it should be well combined
 
4.use a mixer to beat mixture so there are no lumps for 10  seconds
5.pour into a greased pan and bake for about 30-40 minutes
 
6. once cooled decorate with sweetened whipped cream [as your choice]
and refrigerate overnight.

                                              STRAWBERRY CHEESECAKE

                                             1/4 CUP condensed milk
                                             1/4 CUP Philadelphia cream cheese
                                             1/8 CUP store-bought strawberry sauce or use fresh sliced strawberries
                                             3 TBSP butter [melted]
                                             1 TBSP gelatin [melted]
                                             3/4 CUP cream
                                             2 digestive biscuits





                                       METHOD

              
♦Crush your biscuits and add 2 tbsp melted butter and keep aside.

♦whip the cream until stiff peaks form, beat in the condensed milk add the cream cheese and beat well. add gelatin, butter and strawberry sauce or use fresh sliced strawberries
*you can also change the flavor to chocolate by using chocolate ganache instead of strawberries

♦in a cup first add biscuit base and add cream cheese mixture half the way then set in the fridge .

♦add your strawberry sauce or your chocolate ganache as the second layer add continue this way until your are satisfied.

No bake very easy desert


                                        NO BAKE VERY EASY DESERT

                                         INGREDIENTS

 

                                       ●digestive biscuits-4
                                       ●butter-2 tbsp.
                                       ●sugar-1 tbsp.
                                       ●macphie mactop cream-1 cup
                                       ●rosewater-3 tbsp
                                       ●pink food color-a drop
                                       ●pistachios-to decorate

                                          METHOD


                               1.crush your biscuits until they have some texture and mix with melted butter and sugar until the mixture resembles wet sand.
                     2.whip your cream until stiff peaks form add rosewater and food color and beat really well. if wanted can add pistachio paste into the filling.
          3.in the pudding cups add your biscuit base then the filling and refrigerate until
cold then top it with pistachios. ENJOY!

1 Minute MIcrowave Brownie+Homemade Choc Sauce

 

                                         Brownie Ala Mode RECIPE


                                          INGREDIENTS


                                       ●2 tbsp butter
                                       ●2 tbsp choc sauce
                                       ●1/4 cup sugar
                                       ●1 egg
                                       ●2 tbsp cocoa powder
                                       ●2 tbsp flour
                                       ●pinch of salt
                                       ●1/3 tsp baking powder
                                       ●1/2 tsp vinegar/lemon juice
                                       ●1 tbsp cream

                               Choco sauce


                                      ●chopped chocolate [milk,dark,white]1/2 cup
                                      ●1/3 cup cream
                                      ●1/2 tbsp cocoa powder
                                      ●a pinch of instant coffee powder

                                           

                             Method

                           1. melt butter and mix it with sugar add the egg and beat well add choc sauce add cream and mix well until cream add the dry ingredients little by little and mix well at last add the vinegar and mix well until you have the batter

                          2.for the sauce heat the cream and pour it on top of the chocolate and let sit for a minute and add coffee and cocoa powder and mix well until combined and has a silky texture to it

                         3.pour the cake batter in a greased mug and microwave for about a minute.my microwave is 1200 watts . after cooked remove it from the mug and place on a plate while still hot put a scoop of ice cream and top with choc sauce and nuts of your choice. ENJOY.!
